A problem we lived ourselves.
Our founder, Kiran Sharma, watched his father's Hyderabad property deteriorate — tenants who stopped paying, a management agent who stopped responding, and a flat left in disrepair for two years. Kiran was in Singapore at the time, powerless and thousands of miles away.
That experience didn't just frustrate him — it drove him to build the company he wished had existed. Verta was founded on a single principle: NRI property owners deserve the same level of care and transparency that owners living next door receive.
Eight years later, we manage over 200 properties across Hyderabad, with a team of 28 dedicated professionals and a client satisfaction rate of 97%. The problem still exists for most NRI owners. We're here to end it.
